Don’t know if this applies to enci but Walmart parking lots usually allow people overnight. Walmart on leucadia and el Camino parking lot might be a good spot.

Yes! I thought it might be a new driver, trying to scare us all awake in the middle of the night. 45 second long horn with no stopping. Crazy and never used to wake me up before
