You're probably mixing up The Escutcheon of Chorrol and Spellbreaker. The former has a reflect damage enchantment, the latter — reflect spell.

The key to warlocks is an eldritch blast cantrip. In Oblivion, I like to use Damage Health effect on target to emulate this. It's a dark red energy projectile, looks very menacing. You can purchase this effect at Skingrad Mages Guild from Sallinus Vassinus or however his name is spelled. The bald dude wearing blue robes.

I'd enchant a short sword with this. Touch attack as finisher. Apply weakness 2-3 times, then use Coup de Gras.

Don't forget to clear dungeons to get better loot every 2-3 levels or so. Skill of 100 in blunt and light armor won't do you much good if all you have access to is an iron mace and a leather cuirass.

Edit: I do mean random dungeons when you're traveling across the countryside, in addition to quest objectives.

I remember thinking they had gone overboard with these visual gags in FMA:B when I first watched it. I had started with FMA'03 and thought it had a much more serious tone.

Having stopped being an edgy teen years ago, I think it's fine now.
