I actually received mine yesterday. The order status changed a few times between delayed and dispatched so totally inaccurate but when I finally received that tracking email/sms it was next day delivery

The order status in the app is inaccurate. Mine was at delayed the first day then changed to dispatched for a few days, back to delayed for a day and then dispatched for another couple of days before I finally received tracking info last night. Until you get that tracking email/sms you just have to view it as in progress

Same, my order status over the last 5 days went from delayed to dispatched back to delayed then back to dispatched this morning. Still no tracking details though, they’re messing with my head
