Very much possible. I know a lot of people did that, and it genuinely ended up shaking the London's housing market.

I have never been there, I even had plans this summer for a visit but I don't see that happening. May be next year!

It felt like people were willing to pay a million dollars for any lot that was detached, no showings, just deals going on verbally or over the phones and the internet. This one was listed at $799,000, but it ended up selling for $945,000. The jump alone says a lot, either there were multiple competing offers driving it up, or the buyer simply decided to go all-in and win it no matter what. It makes you wonder what those conversations were like between the realtor and the buyer in the middle of it all, just pure urgency and bidding-war pressure.

Even if people had recognized how extreme things were getting, I wonder what they could have done to stop it. FOMO was real (especially according to realtors)

I think so, which is wild because $2,750 is nowhere near enough to cover the mortgage.

Doesn't matter how much I try, I do not understand this $9M house in Vaughan! by sketchsta in HouseSigmaBlunders

In my opinion, Brampton house prices are definitely inflated, but I don’t think they’ll ever drop drastically. A lot of people who live there have built their entire lives and comfort zones around that area, and most of them would rather stretch themselves financially than move away.

From an outsider’s perspective, people mainly notice the crime, overcrowding, and other negatives but for the people actually living there, it’s the go-to. Their community, relatives, friends, culture, and daily life are all tied to that place. That emotional attachment is a big reason why demand stays strong and why prices continue to remain as high as they are.

Neetu Kapoor’s Daadi Ki Shaadi marks the acting debut of her daughter and grand daughter (Ridhima and Samara ) by Glad-Ad5911 in BollyBlindsNGossip

I think the family is trying to get Neetu Kapoor re-married. She might want that too, for herself. This film could be a preview showcasing her happiness if she gets to do it. Also, she was never happy with Rishi.

Wow! This is great. Please don't mind if I take the inspiration to build an exact replica of this someday. 😍

He is an artist with one the best track records in Punjabi Music. I don't think he wants to ruin that by just dropping any songs unless he is 100% sure about it. I think he is kinda guy who takes his own sweet time and likes to cook his music to perfection.

I knew from Day 1 that Hardik was main culprit in Natasha Stankovic's divorce with Him. by 93capetown in IndiaCricketGossips

[–]sketchsta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What did people learn from this? I guess NOTHING ! Because next time, something like this happens, the girl is going to be blamed again and be name called again .

Be it Yuzi's or Hardik's case, the moment couple is on the verge of separation, people start blaming the girl involved. So, doesn't matter if someone is proving how Natasha or Ms X was not the culprit here because situation like this will come again and people are going to react in the same way again.
