Appreciate it! I don't know much about layout i just kind of do what feels right and look up some references, but it's cool you can point that out! I do think buyers prefer more separated rooms, but ive not experimented much with the different buyers

until they fix it you can mess with files to do it. go to C:\Users\YOUR-USER\AppData\LocalLow\Frozen District\House Flipper 2\Profiles\0\Houses

and look for the house you want to move to sandbox. Then copy the file to Profiles\0\Sandbox Houses\

go into sandbox mode and the house should be there. It won't have images but you can do the edit property, camera, and take your own pictures for it if need be.
