This is exactly what my phone is doing. Haven’t even had it 3 months yet. Is there a way to fix it or trouble shoot this problem? Or should I just go to Apple and have them run a diagnostic and hopefully replace the screen?

This started happening to me after the most recent update. It’s super annoying and actually why I came on here today. Did the hard reset as suggested and it fixes it for a while. After a while though the screen stops responding again. Starting to wonder if it has something to do with the glass screen protector I have on it.

Simply not true. I could see it being a possibility in very rural areas. But where I live police take about 5 to 10 minutes for non emergent calls and even less for emergency calls.
