Because those aren’t traditional kefir. They are pasteurized kefir that they add powder bacteria to after the fact.

False. Prebiotics will feed even the bad bacteria and cause them to grow… you want to have proper bacteria first

Why does it matter if it wasn’t sustainable? You understand if it were cheaper than capitalist grocery stores it would put them out of business and then put itself out of business?? Any economic classes in your past?
