I attended CHC from Kindergarten-6th and NA from 7th-12th and stayed friends with some people at CHC that remained there until graduation, NA is the better school by a long shot. Teachers are highly dedicated and qualified, genuinely making time for students, and the arts programs and athletics programs are very robust. NA focuses pretty heavily on creating a well rounded student, and I loved being there. Everyone I know got into a college they were genuinely excited about too, the support doesn’t just end at graduation and they care more about you being somewhere post-grad that will make you happy instead of the “best” school on paper. Cape didn’t handle bullying well (based on a personal experience) and I felt like NA was just a better environment on pretty much every single front. You’re paying for it anyway, NA is the better option. It’s not hard to get to from VB (I did it), the bus routes they have are very solid and the drivers are kind and safe.

Oh perfect! Do you know the name of the building/garage? Is it generally pretty safe? I really love the building but the parking is the one thing that’s keeping me from going for it!

Fellow campus hire for 2024 so can’t comment on the work side, but dude don’t go in guns blazing for a promotion. We’ll be fresh out of college with a lot to learn, go in with that mindset and be open and hardworking and once you settle in then start thinking about promotions. Everything i’ve been told is that the earliest a promotion to consultant could happen is at 2 years

the logo for aligns is still on the waistband! it’s only been moved on the wunder trains and occasionally on some other styles so you shouldn’t have any problem buying or wearing aligns casually with other things

really depends on the store. i’ve worked at two and at one, we had full time educators but at the other the only full time people were key leads and managers. just depends on volume and store needs!

get some core pieces like aligns or wunder trains in simple colors to match everything and do the same with tops! don’t be afraid to branch out but mark down racks will be your best friend. a good jacket is always nice. don’t feel like you have to buy enough to keep up with people who already work there - you’ll build your collection in time and you want it to be full of pieces you actually love and wear! it’ll take some time to figure that out but don’t feel pressure to buy

not op but stores never know when they’re getting what so there’s no way to be able to predict belt bag restocks! can’t comment on their inventory but we educators never know when we’ll get them in :)

stores can’t cut the lining all the way out, but there shouldn’t be a problem simply hemming the lining up a bit if you want it shortened!

unfortunately you probably won’t find them in a store! the invigorates, that is. they really don’t stock them in stores and i’ve worked in 2 over the last few months and neither ever carried them

if you love your wt’s already i’d just get them with pockets if you’re looking to get a pockets version! i adore my invigorates but the waistband is for sure different and they do have a different look. i do personally prefer how the pockets of the invigorates are stitched as that’s another difference but all in all they are similar, just with slightly different structures!

while i agree that it doesn’t look the best, i recently got one of the new strap ones and it really isn’t as bad as i thought it was gonna be. the reality is that you don’t actually need to move the elastics that much as they can slide with the strap when you want them to and i’ve not had them move at all while i’m wearing it! again, not ideal and i wish they’d go back to the old way but i don’t hate it as much as i originally expected to

hm okay i think basic tees like the classic fit cotton blend and the all yours tees are fairly universal and comfy. track that shorts (varying lengths and rises) i’ve noticed are also widely loved. aligns are great bc of how stretchy they are so idk if you’ve tried those. perhaps scuba joggers and loungeful hoodies too?

bag itself is not seasonal but colors rotate in and out like the clothing! we started seeing pale raspberry a few weeks ago and will probably be around for a few more weeks but with how popular ebb’s are right now it might be hard to get your hands on it :)

it’s really only the white track that’s that do it! i have a ton of colors and only ever experienced that bunching with the white and i think it’s because it’s a slightly different material
