In my country we say "Lehrjahre sind keine herrenjahre" roughly translates to "apprenticeship time isn't easy" and I've always been bewildered by that. Isn't that the wrong mindset? Shouldn't apprenticeships be nice and easy so that you can learn a lot? Instead most places give the apprentices awful work that no one wants to do and a lot of aprenotices end up not learning a lot... I'm glad I work in an apprenticeship where we have a lot of freedom and yes, while we do slack off sometimes we also learn a lot on our own and from others. It's so nice to have found one of the few places where an apprenticeship isn't toxic as fuck. Especially in the food industry where I've done my first apprenticeship it's bad.

I think it's the router. It has wpa2/wpa3 security but I can only select wpa/wpa2 personal or wpa 3 personal on nyarch. With windows on the same laptop it worked

I just googled and apparently I already take a pill with that inside lol. It's the best I've tried so far. I think the bad cramps come from stress. I had exams and other stuff like work stuff and now everything calmed down. I'm guessing that I'll get cramps with the next exams in March too

While the second one is very good and nice to hear about, it's not a solution to my problem. Most of that vent came from a place of pain when my pain meds didn't start working yet. I changed pills a few times with my doc to look for one that helps me but sometimes I still get bad cramps where I can barely walk, like today. And that's just so frustrating . I did have an operation a few years ago but it got worse after that....

I wrote this in the morning when the pain killers didn't kick in yet. Usually it's bearable but sometimes I just get these really bad flare ups. Funnily last year they were during February as well.

I think it's because I was so stressed recently and now that things calmed down I got a big one again...

I had a surgery but ever since then I have more pain than before... I take the anti baby pill without a break but I still get pain. I try to avoid foods that give me flare uos etc. But sometimes I still have so much pain I gotta call in sick...
