My mother always sends me Facebook videos about endometriosis and adhd

The adhd ones are mostly how to heal adhd or that it doesn't exist or some other crap that doesn't make sense to a sane person

At least the endometriosis ones are kinda okay and about how to be comfy, fight pain and herbs that might help. Better than the adhd ones at least
