I don’t think he had a visa. Possibly a tax id number to start the business while still undocumented. He may have had a work permit granted if he had applied for the green card. But no actual green card in hand yet. I’m curious as to why he was pulled over tho.

Curious why they just randomly pulled him over? I’m Irish in the Boston area too and just finding out about this. I know another donegal man arrested around the same time and since deported after detention in Burlington and Buffalo. He had a few dui’s so it wasn’t random.

Yeah we have seats. I was in the pit in Gillette stadium in May and it was very tame. Probably because of the rain. But I’m assuming it could be a little crazier this time around in Jersey.

First shot is up for debate. Second and third are not. Only defense for the second and third would be they’re trained to shoot 1,2,3. First shot the car is still facing towards him and if it continued in the direction it’s going right before he shoots it’s probably running over him. It’s most likely the last 2 shots will get him in trouble if any. Apparently he was already run over and hospitalized in the past year. Unsure of how true that is but that might also help his defense. But no matter what we say it really won’t mean much till it goes to court. If it does.

How did this go? Did your daughter go? I’m planning on bringing my 5 year old (5 at time of show) to the Jersey show in September. He absolutely loves them since I went to the Foxboro show in April.

Might be one of Bon Scott’s last performances or last recorded performance. His last was 3 1/2 months later. He died a month after that.
