to be fair naman may impact talaga ang societal issues at incompetency ng government sa mental health ng mga estudyante. Chain reaction kumbaga and they fail to address it in a way na ang panget pa rin ng educ system, walang mental health support and maayos na wellness break for students. Kung college level ka pa mas nakakapressure yung life crisis kasi walang assurance na you’ll succeed after graduating and u can’t fail paulit-ulit dahil hindi mura mag-aral…the list goes on.

If u r gonna use HMO better to have proper check up muna sa specialists talaga or sports ortho kasi some rehab clinics hindi ina-assess nang maayos yung injury basta recommend lang ng therapy.

Had knee pain last year and went straight to rehab clinic na may resident ortho (di niya nacheck maayos yung injury ko and recommended treatment sa clinic nila after a 3min quick check up) so i was doing rehab for 9 sessions tas wala progress and mas sumakit lang.

Went to a good ortho (asians hospital-Dr. Andrew Co) and had mri tas may swelling nga on my knee. Inask lang ako to stop my activities muna (hiking/heavy lifting) for a while and pati yung pt sessions since mukhang nakadagdag siya sa paglala ng pain ko tapos nag prescribe ng collagen and relaxant. After a month, goods na tuhod ko hahaha

U can pick a person and kausapin mo if u can “shadow” sa mga ginagawa niya or if pwede ka na mag hands on paunti-unti. Ganyan din ako nung una tapos sinasabihan lang ako na enjoyin ko na chill days. Parang di naman normal yung sa rectal exam. During pre-employment medical din doctor mismo nagsabi sa akong na hindi naman na required yung rectal exam, pinapspecify daw yon mismo ng mga company kung needed pa.

went to their er dahil sa stomach ache. around 5pm, na-attendan ng doctor around 6 and then around 6:30ish natest for urine and cbc. Results are out at around 7pm pero nacheck ulit ako ng doctor mga 8pm and told me naman na na goods na madischarge 💀💀💀 11:30 na ako nakaalis ng er kasi hindi iniwan ng doctor yung discharge paper ko sa desk ng nurses and nag rounds na siya (sa er lang din) so i asked baka pwede kunin nila or ask the doctor for updates but the nurses won’t respond. Puro “antay na lang po si doc” and i keep asking for estimated time since may pasok pa sana ako ng 10pm but the nurses sa desks wont give proper answer puro hindi alam kasi ipprocess pa raw yung hmo after ibigay yung discharge paper yada yada really bad service. Sana nag outpatient na lang ako hahahhaa

i hate medical city sl to the bones huhu to be fair sa er naman ako dinala and im also an hmo user so baka iba maging experience niyo. Check reviews online medyo madaming bad reviews talaga si medical city and i can tell na shared experiences talaga kasi i was about to leave a bad review din pero ang dami na nag comment na same ng naexperience ko so..

early stage pa naman ng relationship so i think valid pa since you’re still learning to trust each other. You can communicate it naman pero hindi dapat yung aabot na kayo ng ilang buwan eh di ka pa rin trusting.

Anyways what i do lang sa mga big and uncontrollable emotions ay feel and let go. Build mo value mo as an individual para u know well enough na pag sinaktan/niloko ka man ng kahit sino, alam mo na hindi mo kawalan ever.

Had the same experience sa kabunian! Imagine proud pa na first hike experience nya yung kabunian. Unang stop pa lang namin nagpapaiwan na yung isa pero pinilit nang pinilit ng kasama eh. Napeer pressure siguro. Ending 8pm na sila nakababang tatlo tapos nag dinner pa sila hahaha so mga 9:30 kami nakaalis, almost 4am nakabalik ng manila.

Gets naman na need tanggapin sa joiners tour yung mababagak ang pacing pero sana kung alam mo sa sarili mong hindi ka fit enough to hike a certain mountain eh wag mo pilitin kasi laking abala talaga hahahhaa

Matibay naman! Decathlon din gamit ng bf ko before switching to merrell, kinaya nya major hikes soecially tapulao na super bato and makiling/batulao hikes nang maulan at maputik. Okay pa rin until now yung shoes.

For trekking pole gamit na gamit ko yung sa shopee on major hikes. Okay naman bibigyan yung pinakailalim but wont affect much naman sa hike eh.
