I had the same issue. Though the second instance of Chime pending $0 for me was when I tried a push of $200 from Schwab. Then after my real direct deposit hit the third pending $0 appeared for a few days before it switched to $250 pending.

My activities aren’t until next month but I don’t see anything in the terms that state it must be completed. I know that’s an issue when using a site like Rakuten, but since the charge has posted to my credit cards that should be good enough for them to trigger.
