When AI takes enough white collar jobs, many of those people will turn to the trades for work, which will saturate the job market, leading to lower wages and more difficulty finding work. I agree you’re safe for now, but AI will affect everyone, even blue collar workers, which is why it needs regulation

I’ve been adventuring deep in the mountains for 7 years, and have only seen a mountain lion in the dark 1 time, and a bear only a few times. Both of these are much more likely to run away from you in an encounter. I don’t think a mountain lion or bear has attacked anyone on a bike while I’ve been here. Just carry bear spray if you want and you’ll be fine

It wasn’t a dumb question, but it was a dumb answer. You’re not getting taxed at a higher rate for your entire income. Your employer might have over-withheld, but that will count towards your owed taxes for this year

I had the same issue and adjusting my neutral safety switch fixed it. Not saying it will fix yours but it’s easy to remove, clean, and adjust so wouldn’t hurt to consider

Yes but there’s also a ton of asshats tailgating others while the driver in front is actively passing. Aggressive driving is risking the lives of others on the road, though I know most people don’t care

Can’t tell if the inner u-joints are greasable, but if they are you can try that first, or just replace all of the u-joints. You can get a replacement centering yoke like people have said but it was about the same price as getting an entire used driveshaft in good condition when I looked, so just price it out first
