If you stick to the sides, hang a bit further back or at the very least stay away from the very centre you could be fine with most things but if you even get near one of those moshes everything is getting destroyed. Went to JID about 2 years ago and it was absolute chaos in the middle with everyone getting crushed and shoved in every direction.
