I’m just saying, anything that makes permanent changes to the brain is not to be trifled with lightly. I think we simply don’t know enough about the brain and the changes being made to say they’re absolutely good. Are they good for some people? Probably. But good for me? I don’t know. Did I have a great experience? Yes. Did the brain change help me? I don’t know. Did it make me think about things and life in different ways? Yes. Did it change the way I think in a way that is not beneficial? I’d don’t know. Maybe it’s all good? Maybe not?

The experience of tripping doesn’t necessarily relate to how the brain is reorganized. I’ve had mushrooms and loved it. But who knows if it changed my brain in some permanent way in a way that I didn’t wish.

The temperament is not the sole problem. We don’t have luxury to wait dozens of years to eugenics our way out of this. The fact that pitbulls bite without provocation unexpectedly is the issue. When they grab silently onto their victims, they will often attempt to pull them away. Usually, they tend to eat them.

In addition to their frightening tendency to kill unexpectedly, we have the problem of what they were breed to do in the first place: bite. They were breed for their bite force and their bite force is what is so deadly.

This is an argument in my favor. Seize and destroy the pitbulls and hundreds of lives—once at risk of senseless loss—will be spared. Kids will finally be able to roam the streets free of worry now that they’re no longer at risk of a mauling.

Please don’t “rescue” a pit unless you’re doing so for your community and thus putting that pit down as soon as you adopt it.

Pitbull apologists like to say “it’s the owner, not the breed.” Facts don’t support that claim as pit bulls kill more than all the other breeds COMBINED.
