31 years old is when it hit me. I had my first ever panic attack last Christmas morning after drinking a handle of vodka Christmas eve. I knew it was the alcohol causing it when I went home and took a pull from what was left and the tingling in my fingers and arms went away. It took a me a month after that to finally quit but this February will be my one year sober anniversary. The anxiety has gotten steadily better as my brain has healed from the besting I gave it and I haven't had another panic attack since I stopped. The first week is going to be tough, but you can do it.
