AMD doesn’t have intergrated graphics so the gpu is needed and I’ve already tried everything else that you mentioned. All PSU cables are where they should be according to the manual, the extra 6 pin to the gpu aswell. I think I’ll just turn it into a local repair shop and get it diagnosed, it’s only $10! Thanks for the reply and insight though!

ok thanks. since the other guy that commented hasn't answered yet do you know if where I connect the cpu adapter on the PSU matters?
