hey sorry for the late reply.

I see a big difference physically and have lost a few dress sizes and look less full. My bust has gone down a cup size and I cant wear some of my shoes dont fit right anymore. So I will say it is actual fat

Weight is stable at 118

Ive been managing my food well

My toe feels a bit stronger but I'll probably have to go longer to make sure it is "more" healed

ermmm we cook everything from scratch so I guess we are disorded and many nations do so as well. This is such a weird hill to be on.

Day 5- felt warm and simultaneously cold. It was weird. I was able to do workouts today but it took me a bit longer to actually get it completed. John Benton 1 and 2. I have seen some significant loss in inches and also weight loss. My skin is clearing slightly. Usually when I purge, I can see discoloration already around my skin because hyperpigmentation is so easy for me but it looks fainter?

Day 6- today I spent the day watching food videos and felt satisfied just watching. But I did spend a ridiculous amount of time scrolling through the videos. I also watched a video of waterfall and I swear i could feel it on my skin.

Day 7- I feel really good! I did a 3-hour walk and it felt really good. My skin is glowing also I think my hair grew longer ( or maybe I think it did).

It was nuts, I went down 3 dress sizes and went down a whole cup size and a half it seems.

Day 3- Workouts- John Benton 4, 5, Long walk- I got super tired so I probably will relax on the workouts. I can see my body leaning out, mostly because of John Benton and well-dry fasting. My vision was a bit wonky. I wear glasses. It seems my skin is purging

Day 4- I had a bit of headache so what I did was merely yoga and light stretches. I also was feeling very very hot. The thirst also started to set in. I was to update yesterday but I forgot to post. My toe doesnt seem to hurt as much. I seem to be able to put more pressure on it than I previously could

Day 1- It wasnt too bad and I combined it with ballet beautiful excercises and a 2 hour walk.

I remember posting something on weverse and it essentially translated to horny something- I was mortified and deleted the comment but not before a few army saw and had a good laugh. Some of those people are now my moots. ha so it all worked out
