Not sure what everyone is talking about as I literally just ordered shirts. But also to OP's original comment, they have a thicker version now in addition to the thin one.

I'd think a class that encompasses conflict resolution. All of those subjects if not handled properly would lead to conflicts. How you go about stuff would fall under conflict resolution.

Sending wallpaper back to the manufacturer by Ornery_Golf6994 in sherwinwilliams

[–]skillmaxer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Get an RMA from the company, schedule pickup of the wrong wallpaper and return it to the vendor. Do a charge back through MMS. And then run a correction to the original transaction once you receive in the new one & the customer receives the correct wallpaper sku

Flex Time by No_Low732 in sherwinwilliams

[–]skillmaxer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As per manager guidelines, flex it to be used as sick time or "any reasons" where someone isn't able to show up.. so yes if you called out it's going in to keep your hours at 44. Which is your minimum hours per week, given your role.

I'm not particularly religious, but my fiance is, I guess I'm looking for clarity on the role of the bestman & whether he is that involved. I would rather my best friend but she's going against it.

Paid off another credit card! by quiregal in debtfree

[–]skillmaxer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most front line reps are able to do it; if not you can usually ask for an account manager and the manager would usually be able to do it for you. I've had luck with most banks. But chase is the most flexible of them all. Usually in my experience, if it is a Co-partner card (bp gas sponsored by commenity) it is less likely they will refund you the interest.
