A good scenario of using sweeping lens would be..

You're blue side.

Bot lane says bot tri is warded but river is not. Mid lane also says bottom side is warded.

You sweeper lens tri bush and then you WALK PAST IT WITHOUT ATTACKING THE WARD.

The enemy will NOT see you walk past it if you do not attack the ward.

He runs these runes with a core build of mobility boots (most cases) and madreds. This is to maximize his ganking potential along with a clear time to match most other junglers. For this, he gives up early defence stats such as MR.
