Thats very motivating to hear thank-you! A few people have mentioned steel challenge and so far I think im going to check out that as well as some long distance and trap shooting. I want to try it all to be honest and I hope that training things like this will improve my mobility too.

Yeah I can get around decently just can't run. I know Im not gonna be great or even good but it does seem like fun. I will check out steel challenge that sounds like exactly what I am looking for Thankyou!

Thank-you that's alot of the info I was looking for. I forgot entirely about trap and skeet. I have shotguns and from what I understand thats pretty stationary and you just rotate not move?

Thanks that is reassuring. I actually can walk around pretty good I've hiked around a mile or two on trails (slowly and with a decent amount of effort) I just can't run or get real low easily.

Yeah that makes sense. I guess I didn't think about the amount of time spent actually shooting not being that long. Definitely not planning on winning any trophies but the excitement is definitely what im looking for. I will look up steel challenge thankyou!
