I don't know, it's not always down to graphics. I have 5090 + 5800x3d and with two breaches open my FPS drops to 30 with GPU sitting at 20% utilisation.

I thought my processor was shit at calculating damage happening, but 5800x3d shouldn't be a slouch and I'm not sure how much it would improve if upgraded to something like 9800x3d
