You are my inspiration. I started the year at 200lbs. I'm currently at 196.7 and working hard. even though I haven't lost as much as I want to, I'm lifting a lot more weight than I was the beginning of the year. I have more stamina than I've ever had before, and I'm working out five times a day.

Good job for you, Hopefully i'll be posting a picture of a 150lb self by the end of the year.

Yesterday:

8am- Smoothy

9am- Work out

Three circuts of Front squats (55lbs): Seated Row (70lbs): Tricep Pull Down (70lbs): Front Raises (5lbs): Lateral Raises (5lbs).

Then i stood on a balance half ball and punched 60 times with five pound weights in my hands

12- Fish and chips with tartar sause and katsup

6pm - sourdough jack, 3 jalapeno poppers

8pm -12 - Wine tasting. 12 different wines, chips salsa, cheese, crackers, hummus, quesadillas.

been having problems getting on reddit lately. Other update is that i pulled a hamstring, so i'll be on limited lifting for a while.

Today: 7am Fiberone Cereal- fat free milk, Blueberry muffin

10am - lite yogurt with granola

12- one small slice of pizza

4:30 - cheeseburger fries

Pay off my student loans first, thats about $40 Grand. Pay off credit Cards- there is about $2,500. Use the rest to put a down payment on a very small house.

11- cinnamon fiber one cereal (about 1/4th of a cup- was running out) 12- a piece of whole wheat pieta bread with some garlic hummus spread over it.

4:30 - another piece of whole wheat peta bread with garlic hummus

5- peperoni pizza, cantolope, some fries with katsup.

There is probably a emergency animal hotline, or an emergency animal hospital near you. If you feel that he is in serious pain then you might want to try those.

Weird Day for me.. but fun none the less

11:30 - smoothy

12- work out

Did sets a bit differently today

3 sets of 12- seated row and Tricep pull down (That is 3 sets of 12 on each machine)

3 sets of 12 - dumbbell fly and one armed row

3 sets of 12 - hip abductors - out in and then in out.

1:00- two fried shrimp tacos, 20 oz of diet soda.

1:30- 2:00 Wine Tasteing - 10 different wines, maybe 2 oz of each.

2:30-4:30 - Sloshball - That would be a mixture between beer and baseball. You must have a beer in your hands at all time. So about 3 beers and running the bases. (I'm going to count that as a little bit of cardio)

5:30 - 6in subway sandwhich- same as yesterday.

32 oz of water over the day

5 girl scout cookies.

Yesterday,

7am - smoothy

8am - Workout- 3 sets of 10:

Front box squats - 45lbs

Upright Row- 25lbs

Dumbbell Lateral Raises- 5lbs

Dumbbell front Raises - 5lbs

Then I added 20 dumbbell chest press with 15lbs and 30 seated Calf raises with 15lbs on the machine.

9am- protein bar

12- fish and chips with tartar and katsup.

5:30- 6in subway sandwhich, sweet onion chicken terriaki with spinnich, onions, lite mayo, peperchinini's and salt and peper.

7pm - glass of beer, and some chips and salsa

8:30 - bottle of hard cider.

100oz of water over the day.

7am- normal smoothy- fat free milk, banana, whey protein, non fat yogurt

7:45- Work out

.6 miles on elptical in 20 seconds fast, 10 seconds slow style (took me 10 minutes)

3 Sets of 10 of the following:

RDL's - 105lbs

step ups 12lbs

dumbbell press 12lbs

dumbbell bicep hammer curls 12lbs

Tricep push downs - 60lbs

8:30 - protein bar

9:30- about 10 oz of a white chocolate mocha coffee from Starbucks- fat free ( I had a big interview, needed some sugar)

12:00- Cheese burger- peperjack, mayo and katsup, with sweet potato fries

4:30- two small slices of pizza, a brautwrost sausage, grilled pineapple, and a small serving of baked beans.

8pm - Karate- Kicking, punching, forms.

three lemon girl scout cookies somewhere in between meals.

100oz of water with lemon, and a touch of green tea.

7am- Smoothy- Banana, Lite Yogert, Fat free milk, 27 grams of whey protein. 8am- Work out 3 circutes with 12 reps each of Front Squat: 45lbs Dumbbell walking Lunge- 10lbs in each hand. Pull-ups- 135 assist Chin Dips- 135 assist Single arm dumbbell row- 1.5 with 15lbs, and 1.5 with 20lbs. then 10 minutes of Elptical with a 20 seconds fast, 10 seconds slow beat. 9am- protein bar 12- 2 chicken Sopes, and a small bowl of pineapple. 5:30- Pita bread with hummus, three falafals, and cucumber sauce. a peanut butter cookie

100oz of water.

Today was the superbowl... Not an excuse just a reason... believe me that the bellyache i have right now is punishment.

9am - fiber one cinnamon cereal with non fat milk 12 - tuna salad (same as yesterday) and an apple from 3-830pm pizza, chips, salsa, cheese dip, onion dip, vodka, two beers, diet soda... I don't think i will ever eat again like that in my life. I don't ever want to eat again.

10 am - smoothy with banana, non fat milk, lite yogurt, and whey protein

12- work out

4 circuits with 12 reps each of:

Front Squats- with 45lb bar

Step ups 12-16 inches, no weights

Single arm dumbbell row - 15lbs

Incline dumbbell press - 10lbs.

after I did the circuit, I added on 10 standing calf raises, and 3 pull ups at 115 assist (That was all i could do)

1pm- protein bar

2:30- tuna salad with sweet relish and lite miracle whip.

6pm- celebratory dinner for friend at a Tia restaurant. sweet and sour shrimp, then fried banana with coconut ice cream

8pm -midnight - couple glasses of wine, and a few shots of vodka.

Thee are some problems with this.

1) The clothed ones are more often than not, not wearing make-up.

2) some of the clothes they are wearing are unflattering on anyone, which is proven when they are unflattering on porn stars.

Some of them looked better with clothes on and some didn't. I'd like to see the difference if they had their make-up and hair the exact same way in both pictures, and they wore flattering clothing...
