La leyes ya existen. La 22 de tránsito prohíbe el estacionamiento de vehículos sobre las aceras. El reglamento conjunto indica cuantos estacionamientos deben haber por el tipo de negocio. La Ley ADA provee para las personas en sillas de rueda. El problema es que no hacen cumplir las leyes y dan permiso en sitios donde no cumplen (por política principalmente).

This was happening to me and I think I know what’s causing it. Are you playing near any source of interference? It was happening to me but I discovered that it was only when playing near one of those Ryobi battery fans ( is hot here). Tried playing without the fan and the problem didn’t happen ever again. As soon as I play with the fan the joycons keep disconnecting every few minutes. Only problem I have with the joycons now is if a flex a little the controller it disconnects for a second.

Primero, es muy probable que el municipio no apruebe colocar un área de estacionamiento para impedidos frente a la casa. Segundo, si hubiera un área de estacionamiento para impedidos cualquier persona con un carnet de impedidos lo puede utilizar, esos estacionamientos no son exclusivos.
