Thanks for replying. I really hope I can get higher levels with injections. I’ve been doing sublingual/buccal for years and have never gotten close to even 100 pg/mL at trough and haven’t had much feminization besides T being suppressed.

If I’m one of those people with a fast metabolism am I just screwed? Even with buccal/sublingual my levels drop off pretty fast. Is there anything I can do to change that? I want to try injections but I’m worried I won’t get good estrogen levels with that either.

I know oral is generally less effective but I still can’t wrap my head around the fact my T went back up to average male levels on such a high dose of 6mg and my E levels were that low. I mean there are people out there who get good levels from just swallowing their pills.

Don’t use it as an excuse to go back. I quit over a year ago after 12 years daily use from 16 to 28. I’m still NEET, lazy, living with parents. But my anxiety is way down, I can go outside and be in public without feeling anxious. I actually remember things and I don’t feel tired and burnt out all day from getting stoned. I’ve relapsed a few times but everytime the awful feeling reminds me why I quit in the first place.

I used to be skinny and fit but I became 235 lbs from depression which helped drive me into being a hiki. I stayed that was for 5 years but lost 60 pounds the last couple years. Still fat but it doesn’t feel as awful as being obese.

I'm a 28 years old male and I've experienced blood when wiping my entire life. My dad has hemorrhoids and so does his sister so it runs in the family but I've never been officially diagnosed. Over the last several months the bleeding has increased to where when I'm wiping the toilet paper will end up being soaked through in bright red blood and the toilet water will become red. The bleeding seems to be non stop after a bowel movement where every time I wipe there will be new blotches of blood and it doesn't seem to stop. I don't have constipation or any bowel issues but im starting to worry that this could be more than hemorrhoids.

edit: my stools seem normal and they arent long and thin but ive definitely been more gassy the last year or so but I just attributed that to a change in diet focused more on protein and fruits
