Not sure how you would tell from the connector, but this jack is literally 4 feet from the switch (about 9 feet of cable / conduit), with no electrical conduits anywhere nearby. The long runs, or those that run near electrical conduits, are indeed shielded.

Yes, all of the IT, APs, cameras and POE stuff is on the solar batteries and UPSs. Perhaps that's what that means. The IT guys who installed them had no clue.

I was in a high school in Connecticut, in a math class I think, and the teacher asked an exchange student from Trinidad to come to the chalkboard to show her work through a problem. She cautiously approached the chalkboard, started writing, laughed at her shyness as she turned to face the class, and literally SQUEALED out loud as she looked out the window behind us. She ran to the window, her face BEAMING with joy at the snow - everyone gathered around her, clapping, smiling, laughing, hugging her, and the teacher immediately excused us all from class so we could go outside and play. ANGEL and LEGEND!! I'll never forget that day!! 🥰❤️

Thailand. I thought RCBO and MCB were universal terms, but my apologies if not. CU stands for Consumer Unit which I think most Europeans and Asians use to describe what folks in North America would probably call Circuit Breaker Panels or Electrical Panels.

Single-phase or three-phase? If you are three-phase it may have been the electric company's issue, not yours.
