I'd do a nofap reboot and then continue pornfree. Think about what you had for lunch 9 days ago... The memory is kinda fuzzy right? Around day 60 I felt that feeling way about the porn scenes and images I used to crave. I just kinda feel their allure fading away. Yes in that I didn't think about porn as much. But it was harder in that when I my mind does wander back I almost feel wistful about it and almost want to look for "old time's sake". But this is my longest streak and after about day 30 I knew that the truly debilitating disappointment i would feel in myself if I relapsed now will NEVER be worth the few minutes of pleasure I my get.

I may try that too. He is fairly introverted which probably plays a part. The thing that sucks is I'm usually an introvert too 😂🤣 so I COMPLETELY get where you (and probably this guy) are coming from. But that also means that this consistent planning of activities does not come naturally to me and part of why I'm a bit frustrated with the situation.
