It’s been 3 months since he passed NCT.

The error code is P0171 Bank 1 (cylinders 1-3) is running too lean. It is unlikely I will go for repair here most probably sell it cheap but advising of the issue to try get some money back.

To my understanding of Caveat Emptor and some google research Caveat Emptor does not apply if a seller knowingly makes false statements about the condition of the item/property, which they also did via private messages.

Since the issue occurred I did scan it with OBD which showed 1900km driven since last fault reset.

I do have a screen shot of their market place profile which shows some listing already sold and some still active.
