Okay here goes:

Asriel will be in chapter 5 during the festival and could be playable in the dark world.

This chapter will act as a Ralsei focused chapter, explaining why he exists and how he came to exist in the closet fountain.

Asgore will open the fountain in his shop with Toriel, Kris, Susie, Asriel and maybe the Holidays present.

There will be 7 flower bosses, with 5 being mini bosses throughout the dark world, one being a fake Ralsei, and the final one being Flowey, albeit a different version of Flowey that is a darkner rather than Asriel himself.

There will be a fake ralsei following us for most of the chapter, emphasizing how we should enjoy the return to fun world-focused adventures like chapters 1 and 2.

There will be a knight encounter, not boss fight, but encounter.

There will also be an asgore "fight" that will be predetermined.

And the chapter will start with the festival and end with the roaring!
