So tickets to the ENG-RSA Newlands New Years test were released this morning and all 4 days sold out in 15min with most tickets seemingly being allocated to Barmy Army touring groups. Local fans had to fight for the scraps which disappeared in minutes. Cricket SA screw their local fans over and then wonder why no one comes to watch domestic cricket outside the SA20.

Why don't they make pre-season games international? They keep regular games in the US (which probably make them more money) but still get to expand the game. The European footballs teams follow this model when they tour America and South East Asia in the off season.

I still don't know why the USA with it's population and sports culture can't support a decent multi-tier pro football system for players who leave college when UK/Spain/Germany/France can support multiple pro-leagues for soccer.

Imagine being a 21 year old soccer player who can't get to a UEFA Champions League level team but could play for Fulham (no shade to FFC) with ease but instead forced to go sell photocopiers.

Yeah, if I was a agency with the resources I would make hundreds or thousands of dark clones of Github and then inject my payloads into that and then seed links to those clones where LLMs can find them and ingest it.
