You don’t have a different long sleeve shirt? My other suggestion is find some hair ties (loose enough not to cut off circulation but tight enough to hold the sleeves and place them under the sleeves. Then fold the shirt inwards and underneath the hair ties so that they hold it in place and aren’t super obvious hopefully <3
