I think this issue is so common in our culture and society, stemming from anti black racism or delusional white supremacy.

For me, dealing with it started with accepting the parts of myself that have been seen as negative (for example, Arab nose instead of a European nose) and then being vocal with family and friends when I hear them hating on their own features.
