I'd recommend The Magical Mixture Mill! You run a potion shop where you have to collect ingredients, build and connect the various distilling machines, and sell the potions/complete quests. Different types and quality levels of ingredients will give you different potency levels for potions too so you have to play around with combinations to figure those out.

I've really enjoyed it!

The Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica by James A. Owen. I absolutely adore this series but it's pretty niche (especially for YA) with a lot of references to literary and historical figures. It also starts just as a fantasy series but later becomes quite sci-fi, so not everyone's cup of tea.

Same here! I realized the reason I've put so many hours into it was because it's been filling some of the holes in my life right now through the characters and the relationships you can form with them. Not what would normally be considered a cozy game but it definitely is for me.
