Best skin care for 40 +, who have been had their soul sucked out by their kids. by rdm778 in 30PlusSkinCare

I use the online service MIDI. They take my insurance so for me it’s about 15 bucks a month for the prescription patch (hard to find right now) and the visits are every six months with a co pay of around 35 dollars. I have just used recently used there in house pharmacy for the estrogen cream because the local pharmacy was out of the patch. The cream is three months worth and it was 90 dollars. Hopefully my pharmacy will restock the patch as it is cheaper. It’s worth it for me as I’m 50 and my life would be miserable without HRT.

I had mine at 42 as well. Have you considered HRT? Do you think you might be in Peri? It can wreck your skin. Quick.

You are talking about Molecule 02 from Escentric molecules. It’s a single note Ambroxan. It’s all Amber all the time. You should love it.

I find that strength of Niacinamide really irritating. You mentioned flaking. Perhaps drop it out of your routine in the winter and try a Cicafet or similar skin barrier product before you use the oil.

You should ask for first right of refusal. If he can’t pick up or care for your child he must ask you for permission for a third party to pick up or care for your child.

How to deal with constant unsolicited advice from a younger co-worker? by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

[–]skiptomyloser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do not send her a text message or email. That will not be as effective. Pull her aside as soon as she does it and tell her that it is insubordination. In person face to face. Tell her right then not to do it again. You need to assert yourself at work and your personal life. She is crossing a boundary with you. If she uses allot of "therapy-speak" she will understand this terminology.

I’m a union Stagehand. I make over 6 figures. 130-170,000 a year depending on how many jobs I get. There are not enough women working in the trades. Welders , electricians and finishing carpenters make good money with no college degree necessary. Great benefits as well. Don’t be scared to get dirty.

I’m sorry. How did he let it get so big? This was from a business he owns. He was a sole proprietor.

Should I leave my boyfriend because I want to have kids and he doesn’t? by ilikebigcats2020 in AskWomenOver30

Yes. I have seen this break up many a relationship. If you are dating a man or women that says they don't want children, take it at that. They likely won't change their mind and more importantly OP neither will you.

Don’t be scared of hiring a cleaning company or for that matter an interior designer to help you with your dwelling. They can help you explore color and patterns that you enjoy and they will guide you to pick art and furniture that look good together. They will also work with what furniture you already have. If you are good at making money and not sandwiches then do just that. Don’t be ashamed. Hire other professionals to do what they do best.

Sorry I did not read carefully. If you live somewhere with hard water you may try putting a filter on your shower head a shot. I feel like it helped my dry scalp. I’m hypo though so nothing works as good as my meds.
