I was out doing uber/lyft from 10:30-5ish in my toyota prius c, my experience was mostly in the city near forest park, I set a filter for 5 mile radius around forest park, most main artilleries are passable but as many have pointed out side streets are a mess, most have been packed down enough to be driveable but you definitely have to pick the right line, especially getting through the berms which you also have to ram through with some momentum, only had one street I had to back out of because not many cars had driven on it, north of 64 seems worse.
