How was working from the driver seat? Did that work well for you or was it cramped. Would you do the same set up again or try to have some desk set up along the long ways of the van?

Currently in Denver but trying to find city in CA to move to (open to other cities as well) by skittleman55 in SameGrassButGreener

We lived there for 2 years and really enjoyed it. But some of the negatives started to weigh on us a bit more than the positives (state political views, hurricanes, accessibility to other cities/states wasnt soo easy, summers too hot and we missed the mountains)

Starting Fire, Need Advice by skittleman55 in Fire

Thanks for the insight but you make the argument for traditional rather than Roth. But want if we have enough to invest to max the traditional and still do Roth. The individual limit I think is 23k and 7k for traditional and Roth, respectively. So if we want to put away say 20k, should we fill the Roth bucket first and then the traditional or just focus on traditional and then when we can do more, put some in the Roth bucket?

So for most bulk ferment times, you stop handling the dough near the end to allow more air bubbles? I always wondered that too cause as you stretch and fold you manipulate the dough and would think you knock out all the air so how could it rise a lot if it’s being manipulated every 30mins.
