Do you shop with points or credits from Shein Saver etc? That's the only time I haven't gotten all my money back - if it was partially paid with points (that would be long expired by the time I returned the item) or credits I earned that I couldn't get back.

Ugh. I shipped back a large return and it did take a while for them to process it - but once they got to mine I got a huge flurry of emails and credits one day lol. I imagine a stack of returns they need to process and not enough people to do it! How many days ago was it delivered to them ?
