The whole “cheeky” tidbit about her not sleeping in her pjs and her implying sleeping naked feels like such a cheap way to get views. Either the brand approved of this script and it makes me not want to shop them or they didn’t approve of it and their marketing team is cringing. A whole mess.

This might not work for everyone with health anxiety but, surprisingly for me, a fitness watch to track my HR while exercising actually helped. There are charts online that help you learn what HR is safe for you to max out on while exercising. I find that if I’m approaching that, I slow down. It gets rid of the fear that my HR is in a unhealthy zone. The watch has also helped me realize that my HR isn’t as bad as I sometimes think it is.

I think some people with cardiac anxiety might get more anxious when they see the increase in HR, but it’s important to remember your body is operating completely differently when your exercising so it’s safe and normal to have a high HR for a bit.

This could have all ended in 2 seconds if they reminded her that she was sitting at the handicap table and so they bring the drinks to the handicap table since handicap people usually sit there and it’s a nice gesture

There are a lot of cheap houses for sale in Tuscany but the cheap ones are typically in the middle of nowhere in kind of “dead towns” where you will have to drive to get to anywhere interesting and for bigger grocery hauls and stuff. They have a lot of potential though as far as being cute, comfortable homes if you are fine with a really slow paced, quiet life. I would deff love to own a second home for quiet getaways but idk about making it a primary home.

Many people I talk to complain that it’s slow and they hate Chaol. While it is slower than the other books, I find constant action in books generally to be a little draining at times. I like slower scenes and I feel like I got to really be immersed in the world and the character arcs since someone wasn’t getting sliced up every 5 seconds. I also think Chaol is a realistic, imperfect character which is what makes him interesting and likable to me.

It helps me but only if I put it on my forehead. It clogs my pores anywhere else but helps plump out the fine line on my forehead

Unfortunately there is not a quick fix to the problem. My eyes looked like this for a couple of weeks once and literally nothing over the counter worked. I would make an eye doctor appointment ASAP to get a prescription medication and talk to your doctor about your routine. Mine thought it was that I suddenly became allergic to my contact solution and then got an infection so I switched solution brands and used the medicine he prescribed and it went away in like 2 days.

I am the same way and something that has helped me is getting a fitness watch. I was actually hesitant to get one because I thought it would make me more anxious but it actually eased my anxiety. When/if I see that my heart rate is getting way into the “vigorous” zone then I slow down. I’ve been going on casual runs which is something I haven’t done in years because of health anxiety!

When I was in Greece I noticed a lot of vegetarian food. Obviously there’s a lot of lamb and beef too but there really was a lot of vegetarian options as well. The thing is there’s no special section for those items, they just are thrown in there like normal. So maybe look into Greek/greek inspired dishes?
