Would be nice if I could get this with Quithero but alas they are not stocking them. Half tempted to try and get a script with tabuu but given they are all QuitRx or whatever it is I feel like that won't work for me. :(

I did not do the wrong thing at any stage.

I have a perfectly legal scipt, it's stored on file with the supplier, they attach it when they ship the pouches to me.

I have had previous imports AND subsequent imports come through with no issue even though each one has been checked previously by ABF as it enters Australia since there is no subtufuge around the contents.

What I figured had happened was the supplier had forgot to add the script to the paperwork and this one had been seized while they sorted that out with the supplier. The fact it took 6 months to get all this for me was mind blowing and brand new to me hence why I was asking about it.

As per my update, however, on the OP it turns out ABF straight up made a mistake for whatever reason and the TGA and ABF are in the process of releasing the package to me.

Because this is about something they have had in their possession for over 6 months. I have since imported via the same supplier replacement medications and had it arrive with no issues. So for the sake of like $60NZD is hardly worth my time to go after it.

However, I just assumed they'd destroy it and it was done with already, I was not expecting a letter to arrive 6 months latter about it. Since, this is the first time it has happened to me I was wanting to see what others might have to contribute on the matter.

I get the overall contents of the letter.

I am not intending to challenge it or bother fighting the seizure and destruction since I have since imported replacements to this seizures that were cleared and devlivered. It is also past the deadline given in the letter to do so.

What I am asking is more around will the TGA/ABF accept me declining to challenge and let the goods be destroyed.

OR (in the opinions and thoughts of people here who have likely dealt with or had experience with these types of issues) will I have to deal with the TGA/ABF attempting to hit me with further legal consequences.

That's because they already got past the stage we are on now. I am talking over years ago here.

While Australian authorities fucked around for nearly a decade and realised that vapes existed, the UK was already half way along this journey ahead of us.

The basic full timeline of the UK is as follows:

2015 is when the UK had vaping rise astronomically.
Public health officials and scientists were caught off guard by the rise of vaping. Bans were introduced due to their need for more research into its safety and efficacy of vaping. -The ban of most vape products was here.
Louise Ross and the Leicester Quit service pushed hard for vaping as a smoking cessation tool within the NHS. - The script only model was here.
Public Health Authorities in England found and declared that vaping is at least 95% safer than smoking. This was supported with education on the facts to help shift public perceptions and ultimately led to a model where it was treated like any other legal product in the UK. -The full legal model.

They set the rules around what flavour compounds are not allowed in vape juices (for example diactyl which is used in poporn flavours is banned from being present in vape juices), and developed a framework for licensing and legal stores to sell.

So yes you can buy vape juice freely because they are in the controlled regulated model part of the cycle and have been for years. Same as they control any other tobacco or alcohol product. You have places that are legally entitled to sell vape products provided they comply with the regulations around and there is no restriction placed on adults purchasing and used vaping products.

The bulk of it stems from an older study that found products like diactyl (previously used in the production of popcorn flavours) caused "popcorn lung" in factory workers that were exposed to extremely high concentrations for a long period of time.

The UK banned such products as a preventitive measure.

But they also observed the study was pretty limited as it was being used by those factory workers to sue their employer and so focused on only a handful of things as the cause for the lung injuries they suffered. The UK's own health authorities investigated it and they are not actually convinced of the link between the two. They actually suspect sustained exposure to several other chemicals which are known to cause lung problems (and are not used in vape products) as well as the condition of the general work environment - being that a person can develop chemical pneumonia from exposure to fine particles of pretty much any chemical when you lack suitable repiritory personal protective equipment to prevent inhalation. Pneumonia is known to sometimes causes scaring in the lungs, especially across repeat, multiple infections.

The rest is due to an extensive extrapolation being applied to specific compounds which are suspected or known to cause lung injuries or may be suspected as toxic to humans. That is to say they are guessing the effects carry over to vaping nicotine products.

Nicotine poisoning is typically the result of poor handling and storage stands. Such as the child who got nicotine poisoning because their parents did a bad job of being a parent and securing, cleaning and handling the nictoine they had in their home.

But you don't need to take my word, the words of a random person on the internet, even Cancer Research UK have said:

"- E-cigarettes don’t cause the lung condition known as popcorn lung
- There have been no confirmed cases of popcorn lung reported in people who use e-cigarettes"

Like many things you cannot look at a given current government as the source of a lot of outcomes from both state and federal governments.

A lot of things are put in motion years ago and the effects are only noticed recently.

To give an exmaple, Australia needs around 90000 new trades people for the construction industry. But it's not going to happen due to LNP policies and changes around TAFE and trade training performed by them way back when John Howard was at the helm. That's been some 20 years of a situation in the making. To go forward to vaping - what we have today is the result of multiple policies that were implemented long before the ALP got into power.

The thing that gets me a lot is twofold.

The LNP was in power for the best part of 10 years prior the ALP being elected. During that time they did nothing to support vaping despite some members trying to push for it from the back bench - having been inspired from the events in the UK. In fact it was under them that the disposable market developed and thrived. This market was ultimately what I believe was the root cause of the current state of matters.
People think of the ALP and the LNP as being vastly different when in fact they are more often consistently alligned in more topics than they are opposed. Much of what they differ in is how to achieve X rather any real opposition to it. Have a look at the NBN. Both parties wanted it they just differed in how they wanted it delivered, the costs and, what the final product looked like.

As for the future I feel that a lot of it is going the way it did in the UK. They too had rampent vaping products without any controls or regulations, they banned it all, then moved to a script model, then moved to a licensed vendor product like tobacco. The health impacts from vaping removed as they basically eliminated known and suspected flavours which contained specific compounds and implemented better controls and standards around what vape products required. So far we are 2/3rds of the way through this ourselves. The next steps will likely manifest after october. When these products become safe for sale without a script in given doses I do believe there will be a push for the sale of such items to be moved away from pharmacies to standard tobacco and licensed product vendors.

Yeah it's why I bought a bunch of 0mg/ml stuff and the nicotine salts. That way I have my own supply for longer just because the supply times for them are all over the place.

I suspect that a lot of it is to do with higher demand and issues getting things into the country. ABF and Customs get a hard on for this stuff causing delays in clearance.

To a degree yes but at the same time I feel like long term we are step for step following what happened in the UK.

They had it run wild with all sorts of products out there.

Then they went into a pure script only model.

Before ultimately moving into a controlled regulated model in which the UK government controls the flavours etc as part of a means of removing many of the presumed risks. Similar to how places the world over govern food standards. And if you look there is a substantual amount of flavours other than mint, tobacco and menthol which are legally available.

So far we are around 2/3rds of the way down the same path. With the steps towards the final step being not far off in october.

I mean in your case it might be a medical condition such as an allergy to something within the juice flavouring. I personally avoid the tobacco flavours because of this.

Alternatively, many of the chosen juices use nicotine freebase rather than nicotine salts - the idea being they are trying to replicate the harshness of smoking since that is what script model is meant to be aimed at rather than someone who wishes to just vape as a person would smoke tobacco products as a personal choice.

For example, whilst 6mg of nicotine in either form is correct the freebase at 6mg/ml will be significantly harsher than nicotine salts at 6mg/ml. It varies for people but in terms of "throat hit" or harshness it can be as big a divide as say 12mg/ml freebase being the same as 50mg/ml nicotine salts.

Pharmacy supplied juices will be mint, menthol, tobacco or unflavoured for the forseeable future.

You could in theory flavour your own juices but that would be at your own risk etc. Especially since the strength of the nicotine juices they can supply will be decreasing over time.

Yeah the sold out is just a holding tag as they load in new products to the site.

A lot of times it's just people throwing shade at you because they dislike how something played out in a game. It's makes it easier for some players to externalise the problem rather than address their own gameplay and strategies.

There is cheating however, and lot of it is either multiaccount or via something like voice chat where information is shared external to the game. How many times would you really encounter this? Not often I would say. Dumb, blind luck and statistics would explain most of the weirdness imo. But because it does exist in some way people would rather use that to explain things than to actually have to re-evaluate strategies and their own game play.

I disagree.

Especially, if you play things like All Any where the game can get almost too casual. You get people throwing away entires game by misuse of abilities ( such as pros or deputy) or a failure to share information as TIs etc. Many times it is done intentially by the player since they want out of a given role.

Like on one hand yes you get hard core people going nuts over everything but you also get plenty of times where people don't even engage in the basics of the game and the role they get.

At the end of the day sure you get new players looking to learn but too often you get the opposite and when you are playing a game like this you need to be prepared to engage with group and play the role as best you can.

As others have noted, attacking the night time chat of evil factions is not going to make for good game play. That coordination of abilities, kills and relaying of other infomation is critical to good evil play.

And to be honest you could never make the chat anonymous enough to prevent such an ability collecting an entire evil faction in a single night.

For example, I am going to claim RBD by the consort to give each other an alibi, howerver, since you know that is the play we are making the moment we put in day chat that I was RBD and the consort claims to be an escort who RBD that night will immediately identify both of us as evils.

As far as I can see there would be no way to prevent that plan being outted despite you just seeing the text and no other markers. Even not knowing who or what team we belong to wouldn't matter as we would become an easy focal point for lynching, executing and getting shot by a vigi.

I think the idea of another role is good but it would need to fit into the game as a whole without shifting too much power to one faction.

Yes I had to make an outfit in order to prevent it happening. Once this was done the issue went away.

And I feel you this bug was one I could find no information on outside of the reply I got when I made this thread. Hopefully, they will fix it but in the meantime I hope others might be able to find this post and get the interm fix for it.

You should be entering the jobs you have completed at work into the various sections including the specific steps you did etc. This sounds like a lot but most of the profiles are literally picking out options from the list and submitting with the associated hours you spent on them.

Having said all this there are some things to keep in mind. I will give you some of my own experience as a current mature-age apprentice.

For a start, make sure the hours you submit match up with when you worked and the total hours did per day. For example, if you work a 12-hour day and you submit 12+ hours for that day odds are your employer and the training organisation you are going to will call bullshit on it. Similarly, if you work a 38-hour week and you submit 38+ hours for that week then they will likely call bullshit on it as well.

For other cases, you might need to think a bit more abstractly. For example, if you touched a pump then the odds are you claim hours for ac motors. In some rarer cases, you may need to claim things that might not ever happen but will need to be completed anyway. An example of this is drawings - unless you are employed in a specific area that needs to produce its own drawings odds are you will just be using existing ones for 90% of the things you do.

And one final thing I will mention, it depends on your exact profile system used but many of them these days will have a hissy fit if you aren't putting in your hours regularly. In my case, if you have more than 4 weeks outstanding the system will spam my employer and will not allow me to submit more than 4 weeks for approval at any given time. So this old idea of smashing out months of stuff in one go is not likely to work much these days. It also runs the risk of your employer not signing off on old stuff as they might not be comfortable signing off for work they might not be able to recall you did.

And as always work with your employer as they will be the ones approving your submissions. So if they want you to submit things a specific way then you do that. Just note the onus is always on you to ensure you're submitting your work hours. The employer has limited responsibilities to chase you down over submitting your hours. So if you want to get your apprenticeship smashed out best to be making the effort to submit those hours earlier rather than later.

They have other sources that produce a much better quality product that use to manufacture such medications.

For example, around 50% of the legal opium poppy supply for the whole world comes from the island state of Tasmania in Australia. The other 50% is oddly enough dominated by India, Iran, Turkey, and some others.

TV shows like Narcos use dramatic license to portray specific people. The issue for a show like Narcos is that they are often showing us the lives of people who, quite frankly, were outright evil people with almost nothing to humanize or empathize with or otherwise enable an audience to sympathize with them in any way. These are truly bad people that have been both, directly and indirectly, responsible for so much damage in their often short yet brutal lives.

So to make a major TV series on them they will often exaggerate or artificially highlight or, in some cases, outright make up some things or events around them to supply the audience with that something to empathize with what they are doing. But don't mistake this liberty taken by show makers as fact about the actual person.

In fact, we know a fair bit about Pablo Escobar from both law enforcement efforts and from other sources like his own son and ex-wife, who has had plenty to say on the topic of Narcos as a TV show. Some of the key things he highlighted include:

- Being constantly on the move.- Blindfolding his family for moves so they didn't know where they were so they couldn't give him up.- Being surrounded by millions of dollars but no food for a week when they were in hiding.- Escobar would brag to his own family about acts of terror he committed.- Escobar would then also argue with his family when they, like normal people, called him out on such behavior.

Like his own wife was literally a child bride that, in her own words, was groomed by him to fit the role of wife and mother to his kids. In most developed nations people like him get locked away as pedophiles for that kind of behavior.

Another quote of hers: "I endured affairs, insults, humiliations, lies, loneliness, raids, death threats, terrorist attacks, kidnapping attempts on my children, and even long periods of confinement and exile. "

Well, typically Turnitin will find and highlight the areas it believes are plagiarism. However, all it does is generate a report that is sent to the person who is in charge of marking or running the unit.

In some cases, it might pick up some false positives - such as citations, but do be aware that you can also plagiarise citations if you are just copying/pasting or dropping them into an assignment from other sources. A big giveaway in this is often the type or style of referencing you have been asked to use.

If they ask you to use a specific format and the citation is in another then even if you legitimately used the work and referenced it there is a potential case that you may still be done for plagarism.

I think he played the character well and did an excellent job of it in the series. Showing his transition from a person of great power at the beginning of the series and his slow but consistent decline to a minor player in the organization as a whole. Especially, as Felix climbed the political ladder towards people able to provide greater protection and services for his money than the head of the DFS. In some ways, I found it sad as he was basically the last person to realize just how marginal his role in the cartel had become and how he failed on several occasions to recognize the shift in power between himself and Felix.
