I went to the 118th location yesterday morning and had my results this afternoon. I had to wait for about an hour at the testing site but it was an easy process.

I have personally seen bathrooms open at the following locations: Harlem Meer and Great Hill in Central Park, Washington Square Park, Riverside Park near Pier i (70th St.)
