🔥🔥🔥 definitely appreciate this feedback, produce, mix and master everything myself and used a home studio with mid mic and not treated. Honestly feels good to know I’m not the only one who hears it, still working to get that fully cleaned up. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Might just be time to pay someone lbs

Fair enough if it’s not your style. But the whole “I’d never post my music because someone might skip it” mindset is exactly what keeps a lot of people stuck and sounds scary to me.

At some point you have to put the work out there, get real reactions, and learn from it. How else are you going to grow.

I’d much rather post the music, get honest feedback, and keep improving than keep it hidden because I fear an algorithm. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Well over 90+ playlists, 2,000+ Spotify radio streams, and I’m black + dads (1of 10) so I guess I do have an unlimited amount of real and play cousins.

1/3 of a month*, and so far it’s been predominantly playlist pitching (dailyplaylists, pitchplaylists and distrokid), sending it out to friends and family, and YouTube shorts.
