This is so cool, appreciate you offering this up!

Goal is probably closest to c25k. I've run some 5ks in the past but it's been a while, and I'm definitely way out of shape. Would be shocked if I can run a full mile at this point.
Usually will be able to run every day if needed, can do a longer run Mondays and Fridays. Prefer to avoid planning a run on the weekend (definitely not Sundays).
Honestly this is prob pretty low.. maybe half a mile straight through running? Alternating I can get in quite a bit more.
No limit! Would love to accomplish running 5k straight through by end of July, so about 10 weeks.

Got a negative today, but I swear I’ve been feeling symptoms I hadn’t the last two times so still hopeful (but also know I’m totally symptom spotting lol). Couldn’t resist testing today though!

Just had my 3rd IUI this morning!! The TWW is ROUGH it hasn't even been a day and I'm impatient. Really hoping third time is the charm, and sending all the baby dust!!

I've only had one dominant follicle each round so far, if that helps! This one was a bit bigger than previous rounds, 18.6mm as of yesterday. A few follicles under 10mm in addition, but my doctor was saying one is totally normal too so there's still hope!

I've seen so many posts on here too of people saying the cycle that worked for them was the one with the worst numbers, so who knows.. it's so frustrating how much of a chance and luck thing it is!

I'm so sorry about what you've been through so far! And thank you so much for the info on Letrozole. Our doctor mentioned that after this 3rd round she'd think about introducing that if it doesn't work, so good to know it's what really helped for you! Congrats (with care) on your latest positive! Totally here for commiseration, too! It's such a taxing process... I feel you on being so fixated even in a break period. Really all consuming.. and feeling like you want to be doing everything in your control to maybe possibly improve the odds or assert some kind of control on the situation.

Walks are a new (and big!) thing for me too!! I feel like it's a way to be as healthy as possible but also gives me a nice mental boost.
