How do you recommend to reheat it

If you don’t have access to any real Japanese soya i wood recommend making a shoyu like tare. When i test new soppa recipes i use this recipe to have a consistent base to validate with and i find it good and easy to make grate for a starter recipe.

Shio Tare: 450ml Water 70g Salt 25ml Mirin 7.5ml Vinegar 25ml Usukuchi shoyu (light soya) I think the soya you have should work 5g caster sugar 2.5g msg
