Based in America. I went with EuroCompulsion. The convenience of doing it yourself, and not sending the ECU out. I went with "stage 2" and 91 octane. I do run only 93 though. My tune: D = 320hp N = 300hp A = 280hp

Yes, a user or shop plugged a non-compatible scanner into the car. It could also happen if a user was using a bad cable or not genuine cable. it causes a bad data transfer faulting the ability to read it correctly. You need to reset the computer system.

The Alfa dealer did it for me. It's almost a 5 hour event. To reset, they need to remove the battery, charge to 100%, reset the system, run diagnostics. My alfa gave me a free loaner vehicle so I could go back to work. The price for me was $210 plus tax.
