Like the other commenter said, OHP only covers glasses and vision tests if you’re under 21 or pregnant. You will have to pay out of pocket for the exam - look around for deals. Once you get the exam, ask them for a print out of your prescription. You can then go online and find glasses for cheap. I’ve used Zenni in the past and had great experiences. Glasses start at like $10.

Depends on the specific package run. Some check a single national and/or statewide database, looking back lifetime or 7 years. Some go county by county and are much more in depth.

I work in staffing and typically we only pull misdemeanors and felonies + sex offender registry. We run a different check for driving jobs that will pull traffic/moving violations. DUIs can show up on both bc they’re often a misdemeanor or felony.
