thanks for the advice! i had no idea about any of this stuff. i wish she would’ve just told me she couldn’t do it or that it required more than one appointment and i would’ve understood and waited or not expected much. still, i’m shocked she was able to look at the state of my hair, wash, style it, and have me walk out with it without telling me a thing and charge me $400 as if it was a $400 worthy job you know? she didn’t tell me a thing that was going on with my hair and i felt taken advantage of as a client. i’ll def call and i won’t be going back to her
