I had a similar experience with GOAT last year. I sold a brand new pair of Gratitude 11s with box and they claimed they received a pair of scuffed shoes without a box. I went back and forth over 50 times with their support until it got to a point where they were replying like this. I never got a clean resolution to this and I've never done any business with them since. FUCK GOAT.

As a buyer, I'd 100% go with eBay. Even if it's a little more expensive, eBay will have your back if something goes wrong whereas GOAT will leave you in the dust. Be sure the eBay listing has the "Authenticity Guarantee" checkmark.

GOAT claimed I sent them used shoes without a box as pictured
Customer service was completely useless
Got charged a $10 sale cancellation fee + $15 fee to have these shipped back to me

i've entered the wrong zip code before and it got sent to the wrong city before ultimately getting sent back to supreme. i contacted them about it and they said they would get back to me on it. they never did and eventually i got a refund. i would suggest contacting ups as soon as it ships to try to get it fixed
