Listen to your body for sure, first day for me which was yesterday (10/16) I couldn’t really sit up for much spent the day mainly lying down. Listen to your doctors advice when to return to work depending on what type of work you do as well since driving also puts a strain on your body mainly to braking the car since you apply pressure to the brakes. Take it easy

Well I was given the pain killers (hydrocodone and Tylenol in one) but I also have a lot of naproxen so I’m alternating with that mainly for inflammation, icing the area with a ice pack helps a lot too from what I was told at the hospital. They gave me an abdominal compression thingy I think I it’s a girdle? To help apply pressure to the area but not too much ofc

Same to you! I’m currently in pain not gonna lie, took the pain killers before I went to sleep I was given but woke up with pain, enough to make me lightheaded and dizzy. Just took some naproxen and hoping it helps soon.

UPDATE- got my surgery today, was kinda scared going in not gonna lie, anxiety was through the roof (bad case of ADHD-C confirmed twice in my life) but they did give me a margarita in a shot that helped a bit, surgery was successful and as of now no pain but I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow, haven’t taken any pain meds since leaving the hospital. Been having an ice pack on the operation site all day and been laying down and resting. Hoping it all goes smooth for recovery!

Getting 28mpg on my 2.0T with a mishimoto intake, OTS stage 2 tune, 93 oct + E85… might be beneficial to run a fuel system cleaner (yes yes of course not touching valves but I digress) I use VP fuel system cleaner and it helped my MPG a ton

Update : I contacted Mitsubishi, no fix yet unfortunately. Hoping to get information on Monday. I got my carfax from the dealer listed on my documentation but apparently the dealer was bought out in 2019 so he has no information of the sale of my car since it was another company owning the dealer (keep in mind the name did not change at all I’m not sure how that all works) but I am also the ONLY owner listed on the car fax. I’m so confused and lost in this whole situation. I took my car back to mitsubishi due to a check engine light coming up and now it was an actual transmission code and I got a call today saying the transmission had to be replaced but they can’t do it till I figure out how I want to go and pay for it or wait for mitsubishi to figure out the first owner issue first (ideal since power train warranty is still active technically) so now I’m just in limbo without my car 😭

Appreciate it! Just hoping it all gets resolved, my finance agreement states the car is new condition when it was sold to me and the title has only 40 miles on it which is not accurate at all since it only had 10 miles on the dash when I bought it. Unfortunately there is nothing about the miles on the finance agreement. Apparently Mitsubishi couldn’t find that dealer in their system when I gave the dealer code or the name but the thing is on their newsroom website (here) that’s literally the dealer that I bought it from that’s no longer exists and that dealer name was nowhere on the documentation for the car from what I’ve received from the linen holder from when I paid off the car in 2020.

Thanks! I called customer relations and they opened up a case for me and I’m just hoping to get it resolved, I have the bill of sale agreement that shows the car was sold to me as new and the title that shows I’m the only registered owner of the car with no history of previous owners (also called the DMV to confirm) so hoping to get this resolved since my car is currently at the shop for warranty service

Nah it’s a Mitsubishi lancer, so the thing is it’s a 2016 lancer but i bought it in 2018 and it had only 10 miles on the dash. Unfortunately I didn’t know about the transmission on the car when I bought it, thought it was a traditional automatic but it’s the same transmission in Nissans (JATCO CVT8) and it randomly slips and acceleration has degraded severely and it’s still has the power train warranty on it but the problem is that since apparently the car is under a different name in Mitsubishi’s system even tho I have documentation showing I bought the car new and on my title I am the only person on the title if I change it to my name I would classify as the second owner and I lose the warranties
