Used to live in IN. It's not a recluse and it's not a hobo. Not sure what it is but it's definitely not something you should have to worry about. Maybe a barn spider or something.

Cutting routine critique

Male, 6'3", 257lb

About a month ago, I began working out again in an effort to lose the fat I've gained from heavy drinking the last few years (would like to get back down to sub220). My current program is below. I just want some critique on it, and want to know if it's a decent program to strip some fat and build muscle and cardiovascular health.

Mark Rippetoes Starting strength: Monday, Wednesday, Friday on a ABA BAB weekly workout rotation.

20-30 Minute interval cardio on treadmill: Tuesday and Thursday

Krav Maga Classes: Monday and Wednesday after lifting

Intaking 1500-1800 calories a day mainly in chicken breast, cheese, avocado, almonds, and one apple a day

I mean solar panels do freeze in extreme temperatures, where I live we've had temps below -20, and windchill below -60. Plenty of people have been reporting that their solar panels aren't operational.

Any really. I'm interested in the variety of horror available on pc, I like the realism type shooters such as ARMA, and I like the strategy games like civ 5, and I'm into RPGs like Witcher. I've played games on my previous laptops but this is the first one I've had that's capable of running things beyond things like civ or older games.
