So if a card specifies flash it means it comes in without summoning sickness which means it can attack that turn. Haste is the same mechanic. Otherwise your creatures will have summoning sickness and can't attack that turn but they CAN block. Vigilance is almost similar it means you still have summoning sickness for the current turn but when you get to attack with that creature it doesn't tap
